Shipping policy

We aim to ship out every order within 3-5 business days. Once it is shipped, the carrier is responsible for the delivery time (this will depend on route chosen, and destination country). Countries outside of the UK are responsible for paying all import duties and VAT. If your package is delayed or lost, it is your responsibility to contact the carrier for a refund or compensation.
